Erm... I do not think that John should download the attachment, as even though the link proves that the information is true, the attachment might be a whole different thing. It might contain viruses or other bad things. He should first ask others who received the e-mail about what the attachment is about. He should first consult a doctor to verify the medicine, and only after that should he purchase it (only if the doctor verifies it!!!). He can also do research on the medicine, to find out if it is dangerous, contains drugs, if it contains anything that John is allergic to, etc... So, in short, he should not download the attachment before asking others what it is about and he should not purchase the medicine before consulting a doctor.
